William J. Croutier, Jr. is the managing partner at Hammill, O'Brien, Croutier, Dempsey, Pender & Koehler, P.C. Mr. Croutier graduated from Iona College in 1975 and St. John's University School of Law in 1978. He is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations, and former President of the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. He has lectured extensively in the field of litigation. Mr. Croutier is presently Village Justice for the Village of Rockville Centre.
Wade T. Dempsey has been with the firm for more than 20 years. Mr. Dempsey received his bachelor's degree and jurist doctorate from Fordham University. A member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations, he has also served as director of the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Dempsey has lectured on behalf of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations on subjects including labor law, bad faith and trial practice.
Michael J. Pender was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1981. He is a graduate of Iona College and St. John's University School of Law. Mr. Pender is a member of the New York State and Suffolk County Bar Associations, and was former President of the St. John's Law School Alumni Association. He lectures extensively at seminars sponsored by these associations on topics ranging from automobile liability, premises liability, and insurance related matters.
Richard C. Koehler graduated from the State University of New York at Albany and Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Koehler was admitted to the bar in 1991. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association and the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association.
